At VastKart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a simple and hassle-free process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, and discounted/sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions

  • Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are allowed if the size, color, or variant delivered is wrong (subject to availability).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Process

  1. Raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof in case of damage/defect.

  3. Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or request you to ship the item back (depending on location).

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund/exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error).
