Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, and discounted/sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Conditions

Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges are allowed if the size, color, or variant delivered is wrong (subject to availability).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Process

Raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof in case of damage/defect.

Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or request you to ship the item back (depending on location).

After inspection, we will process your refund/exchange.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
